Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.
Subscriptions can be managed in the iTunes Account Settings.

The different subscription models are the following:

3 months - $3.00 per month
